Inspired Academy is committed to providing comprehensive tutoring services and university consulting services for students. Our website and services are governed by the following terms of service, privacy policy, and other legal disclaimers. Please read them carefully before using our website or engaging with our services.

Instructor Commitment

Tutors at Inspired Academy are committed to maintaining the agreed-upon schedule for sessions, ensuring a reliable and consistent learning experience for our students. The assigned instructor will adhere to the session timetable as initially agreed upon, unless any modifications are mutually discussed and approved by both parties.

Late Class Policy

Parents/Guardians are entrusted with the responsibility of notifying our office in case a student might be running late for a class.

Our instructors will wait for a maximum of 30 minutes from the scheduled start time. If no communication is received, the class will be considered a late cancellation, leading to its forfeiture.

Reschedule or Class Cancellations Policy

‍To ensure flexibility, parents/guardians have the option to reschedule or cancel classes, at no cost. However, it is imperative that our office receives timely notification of any changes.

All requests for rescheduling or cancellations must be communicated to the tutor or to Inspired Academy by Phone/SMS/WhatsApp at +65 8400 2891 or via email at alexandre-loo@inspired-academy.com before 23:59pm the day prior to the affected class. Failure to provide timely notification within this specified window will result in the forfeiture of the class. Inspired Academy reserves the right to cancel the lesson if the scheduled student is not present for the class.

The scheduling of make-up classes will be arranged based on the availability of our instructors. To facilitate the organization of these sessions, students or their parents/guardians should contact the tutor to discuss and coordinate the arrangement of make-up classes.

No-Show Policy

Students who fail to attend a scheduled class without prior notification to the office will be considered a "no-show." A no-show will result in the forfeiture of the class, and regular charges will apply.

Payment Policy

At Inspired Academy, we offer multiple payment methods, including Bank Transfer, PayNow, Revolut, or PayPal, ensuring convenience for our clients. There is no requirement for an upfront payment. Instead, our team will communicate with the parent/guardian during the final week of each month to confirm the number of tutoring hours completed by the instructor.

Charges are exclusively applied for conducted classes, calculated according to the hourly rate. This method guarantees that fees accurately correspond to the actual teaching sessions, emphasizing transparency and a customized payment structure. To ensure smooth financial transactions, we request timely notification to Inspired Academy regarding any changes in payment methods or details.

Additionally, for sessions held within Sentosa in Singapore, a $15 per day/class surcharge is applicable. This fee supplements the additional transportation expenses incurred while providing our services on Sentosa Island.

Refund Policy

Kindly note that Inspired Academy operates with a non-refund policy. Once payment is made for our services, including tutoring sessions or classes, it is considered final and non-reversible. We encourage clients to carefully assess their needs and commitment before engaging in any services provided by Inspired Academy.

Social Media Policy

In line with showcasing the engaging nature of our classes and events, Inspired Academy intends to share images on our website and social media. If you have objections to the display of personal images, please notify our office, and we will make reasonable efforts to respect your wishes.
